Welcome to the MAPFRE Internal Reporting Channel for the submission of complaints pertaining to specific infractions of European Union law or the national laws of Member States.
In line with the MAPFRE Group's Corporate Policy on Internal Reporting Systems for certain violations of European Union law or the national laws of Member States, the establishment of this Reporting Channel facilitates employees of MAPFRE S.A. and its subsidiary and affiliated companies located within the European Union, as well as any other individuals deemed relevant in the prevailing regulations, to confidentially and, optionally, anonymously, communicate infringements observed within these entities, in accordance with the prescribed operational guidelines.

Presentación de la denuncia

Bem-vindo ao Sistema Interno de Denúncias do Grupo MAPFRE. Através dos meios abaixo indicados, poderá efetuar denúncias sobre as matérias constantes do artigo 2º da Lei n.º 93/2021 de 20 de dezembro que estabelece o regime geral de proteção de denunciantes de infrações, transpondo a Diretiva (UE) 2019/1937 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 23 de outubro de 2019, relativa à proteção das pessoas que denunciem violações do direito da União.
Se desejar consultar a Política corporativa do Grupo MAPFRE do Sistema interno de denúncias de determinadas infrações do direito da União Europeia ou do Direito nacional dos Estados Membros, clique aqui.
Caso pretenda apresentar tal denúncia, poderá fazê-lo através de um dos seguintes meios (especificando a infração objeto da sua denúncia e a sua inclusão no âmbito acima definido, bem como a sua ligação à entidade a que se refere a sua denúncia e o contexto em que obteve a informação sobre os factos denunciados):

Willkommen beim internen Hinweisgeberkanal der MAPFRE-Gruppe. Mit den folgenden Mitteln können Sie Meldungen zu den in § 2 des Gesetzes für einen besseren Schutz hinweisgebender Personen sowie zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie zum Schutz von Personen, die Verstöße gegen das Unionsrecht melden, einreichen.
Wenn Sie eine solche Meldung einreichen möchten, können Sie dies auf einem der folgenden Wege tun (unter Angabe des Verstoßes, der Gegenstand Ihrer Meldung ist und die in den oben genannten Anwendungsbereich fällt, sowie Ihrer Verbindung zu dem Unternehmen, auf die sich Ihre Beschwerde bezieht, und des Kontextes, in dem Sie die Informationen über die den gemeldeten Sachverhalt erhalten haben):

Unbeschadet der obigen Ausführungen können Sie solche Verstöße auch bei dem externen Beschwerdeverfahren gemäß § 3 des Gesetzes zum besseren Schutz von Personen und zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie zum Schutz von Personen melden, die Verstöße gegen das Unionsrecht melden, und einschlägige Meldeverfahren von Organen, Einrichtungen oder sonstigen Stellen der Europäischen Union bereit.
