This Questions and Reporting Channel has been created in order to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which allows any employee of the MAPFRE Group, board director, shareholder, provider, contractor and subcontractor who has questions about the application of the Code, or who observes a situation that may result in a breach or violation of any of the ethical or behavioral principles and standards set forth in the Code, to confidentially communicate such to the Ethics Committee.
