How to lodge a complaint

Introduction

Welcome to MAPFRE's Whistle-blowing Channel for reporting Financial and Accounting issues.

In order to comply with the provisions of the Regulations of the Board of Directors of MAPFRE S.A., the whistle-blowing channel for reporting financial and accounting issues shall be established in order to enable all MAPFRE Group employees, as well as its board directors, shareholders, providers, contractors and subcontractors to report to MAPFRE, S.A.'s Audit and Compliance Committee, in a confidential manner and, should they so wish, anonymously, any potentially significant irregularities of a financial or accounting nature that they detect within the company or its Group.

All MAPFRE Group employees, as well as its board directors, shareholders, providers, contractors and subcontractors shall have access to this Whistle-blowing Channel, through which they will be able to report any irregularities of a financial or accounting nature that they detect within the company or its Group, in accordance with the provisions of its guidelines.
